Welcome to MINISO.ie. We hope you have the best possible experience with us. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this policy.
Items offered over this website are only available for delivery to the island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and N. Ireland). If you wish to order items from another EU member state outside the Republic of Ireland and N. Ireland via this website, you are of course welcome to do so, however the ordered items can only be delivered to a delivery address within the island of Ireland only.
When you place an order on our website, we will email you an acknowledgment detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from MINISO. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MINISO will take place when your order has been dispatched.
The shipping process will be initiated after we have received payment. We usually despatch items (currently in stock) within 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday). Pre-order items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of item’s arrival at our warehouse. The entire order will not ship until all items become available. We will send you an email notification when your order has been despatched.
Condition of Product
We try to maintain every standard possible ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. However very occasionally, product packaging may not always be in perfect condition due to shipping or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not give refunds or exchanges in the case of damaged packaging.
Availability of Items
All orders for items are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute items, we will return any monies that you may have paid.
You may be able to cancel an item or the entire order, if your order is not in “Shipped” status. If your item(s) are already shipped out, you might be able to return them at your expense. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with an extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. If we fail to deliver the items within 30 days of the date of the order confirmation, you may cancel the contract and we will reimburse you the price paid for the items and any delivery costs paid.
Standard delivery services are provided by carrier. Standard delivery to most addresses in Ireland generally takes up to 2-3 working days. Please note that your delivery may take longer during the sale or other busy periods. We are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please make sure the address you provide is complete and accurate. If your package is marked as undeliverable because of incomplete or incorrect address, we will notify you when it is returned to us for re-shipment at your own expense. If there was an address error and the tracking history shows it was delivered, refund will not be possible.
There may be delays for reasons such as customisation of items or unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. Damaged Items & Lost Packages
The items will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Once a package is shipped out of the warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient and the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, you may open an investigation with the carrier and are subject to their policies. If the package status reads “Delivered” but the package has not reached the recipient, he or she may be required to contact carrier services to locate the package.
The prices on the website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. The price of any items will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. MINISO endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in our store. However, from time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchase from MINISO online website that do not apply in store, or vice versa.
We’re using secure and safe payment via Stripe. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards on the website. Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer but if your card issuer fails to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may not be able to form a contract with you. The refund will always be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase on the website.
Exchange / Refund
We are happy to provide exchange or refund for any items you are not completely happy with, if you return item(s) to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address with an invoice and at your own expense. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with tag attached. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. (All merchandise must be in the original packaging.) For your benefit, products concerning hygiene are strictly non-exchangeable & non-refundable. Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
