Welcome to the brand new MINISO Ireland Online Store! We’re delighted that we can now offer some of our bestselling products for sale online and delivery across Ireland! Please see below for some more information about shopping online with us and delivery.

We’re just getting started with our online store and hope to add to the product line really soon – In the meantime, if you experience any problems in using the site or spot any issues at all, please feel free to drop us a line on feedback@miniso.ie and let us know and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

How much does delivery cost?

For orders of €50 and over, delivery is free of charge.

Orders under €50 will incur a standard charge of €6.00.

How long does delivery take?

Once you place an order, we will get it picked and packed for you within 2 working days. It will then be picked up by our couriers who will deliver within 2-3 working days depending on the delivery location. Most addresses in Ireland generally take up to 2-3 working days. Your delivery may take longer during the sale or other busy periods. Once we’ve handed over your package for delivery, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on the way!

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, public holidays or bank holidays.

What do I do if my order is delayed or doesn't arrive?

In the event that there is any delay with your order, please let us know via email at service@miniso.ie and we’ll do our very best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that pre – order items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of arrival at our warehouse and the entire order will not ship until all items are available.

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with an extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. If we fail to deliver the items within 30 days of the date of the order confirmation, you may cancel the contract and we will reimburse you the price paid for the items and any delivery costs paid.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order when it arrives?

Please let us know as soon as possible if there’s any problems with your order. Email us on service@miniso.ie with your order number and details of the issue and we will look into it immediately.

Can I place an order from outside of Ireland?

We can currently accept orders from outside of Ireland but are only in a position to deliver to addresses within the island of Ireland.

Can I change my delivery address?

It is possible to change the delivery address ONLY before we have handed your order over to our delivery partners. Please contact us on service@miniso.ie as soon as possible and we will update the address accordingly. If your order has already left our premises, we will not be able to amend the address and any returns will be at your own expense.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are automatically dispatched once your order is completed on our system. If you do not receive yours, please check your spam folder and confirm that you provided the correct email address. For further enquiries, contact us on service@miniso.ie.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer secure and safe payment via Stripe. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards on the website. Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer but if your card issuer fails to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may not be able to form a contract with you. Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used to purchase original order.

Can I get an exchange or refund on my order?

We are happy to accept exchange or refund for any items you are not completely happy with, if you return item(s) to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address with an invoice and at your own expense. Please return item(s) in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with tag attached. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. For your benefit, products concerning hygiene are strictly non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
